This 45-minute session is designed to reconnect you to your breath, your body, and your awareness—without pressure or performance. No prior experience is needed. Movements are gentle, accessible, and culturally inclusive. Each class includes a guided meditation and mindful movement practices to reduce stress and increase presence.

This upcoming series brings together movement, mindfulness, and nutrition in an accessible, inclusive format. Grounded in behavioral science and cultural humility, each session will support participants in building strength, nourishing their bodies, and reconnecting with inner motivation, without shame, diets, or pressure to perform.

 

Launching between 2025–2026 as certifications are completed in:
